Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) Designation

• Successfully complete the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES^®) Designation Course

• Maintain membership with the National Association of REALTORS^®

• Maintain membership with the SRES Council*

*Please note that the first year of membership with the SRES Council ($99) is collected as part of the fee of the SRES Designation Course.
